Patient Service Representative (PSR) MaineHealth - Nephrology Position Summary The Patient Service Representative (PSR) plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Nephrology practice by providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position is responsible for greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of general office duties to support patient care and clinic workflow.
