Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's Ethics & Compliance Team is looking for a Training and Communications Program Manager to support Marvell's expanding compliance program. In this role, you will help Marvell build and scale its compliance program to meet regulatory requirements, translate Marvell's compliance strategy into actionable processes, and implement policies, procedures, and governance to continue to drive a culture of compliance and integrity across our company. You will manage operational and technical projects and workstreams, design mechanisms that meet regulatory requirements, and identify process improvements that mitigate compliance-related risks. You will have an opportunity to work with global stakeholders such as IT, Cybersecurity, AI, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sales, and business teams. You will work on emerging issues, such implementing AI into compliance procedures.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance training and communications program, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and interactive workshops.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is engaging, up to date, tailored to specific job functions, and aligned with regulatory and company policies.
  • Oversee compliance communications strategy, including newsletters, intranet updates, email campaigns, and leadership messaging.
  • Analyze both communication and training effectiveness and engagement using metrics, surveys, and feedback, and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Drive development of training content and ensure training programs meet industry standards and regulatory obligations.
  • Develop and maintain training and communications calendars to ensure timely delivery and compliance with mandatory training deadlines.
  • Design and implement processes to drive employee training completion.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, Security, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and reinforce ethical decision-making.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to compliance tools and platforms, including training content, communications content, and policy management.
  • Create detailed program and project plans, from project inception/requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Develop and manage schedules for projects, ensuring alignment with teams' parallel priorities.
  • Proactively drive development of infrastructure, controls, and automation to help Marvell achieve compliance excellence.
  • Collaborative work with global and cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain training and compliance related policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Manage enterprise-wide policy management tool and collaborate with HR, Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure adoption, usage, monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding training program effectiveness, participation rates, and compliance gaps.
  • Monitor current compliance trends, activities, and legislation.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to assist in SOX control audit on compliance program.
  • Support Compliance Team day-to-day logistics and operations, including additional administrative work and task management.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of demonstrated program management experience and a proven track record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide programs.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, communications, law, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects for a technology company preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience executing and driving projects and workstreams to conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of corporate compliance topics, regulatory frameworks, and ethical standards.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply program management principles, practices, theories and process development methods and use of problem-solving approaches to solve complex problems.
  • Strong experience with compliance tools, learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBI).
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels within the organization-championing ethics while balancing business objectives.
  • Experience drafting, enhancing and rolling out global corporate policies.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in training materials, communications, and reporting data to leadership.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to motivate in a cross-functional organization.
  • Able to see the "big picture"-the end-to-end connection points across compliance, training, and systems.
  • Self-starter who doesn't hesitate to proactively approach situations.
  • A 'can do' spirit combined with high energy and a positive attitude.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

88,560 - 132,600, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
