Job Overview:

Oversee the daily operations of the clinical and anatomic laboratories, ensuring accurate testing, regulatory compliance, staff competency, quality assurance, and efficient use of resources. This role bridges technical expertise with leadership, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor of Science of Medical Technology degree.
• ASCP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist.
• Must meet the requirements of laboratory supervisor as stated by the State of New Jersey and the CAP accreditation guidelines.
