Other Work/Responsibilities
Minimum Experience/Education
Associate's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.
Department Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac OS environments.
- Experience with IT system management tools such as SCCM and Jamf.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and IT partners.
Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education
- At least 1 year of IT support experience, preferably in veterinary, medical, or clinical environments within higher education.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting classroom A/V systems.
- Experience with coding or programming languages.
- Knowledge of database management, system security, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system
