| Position Summary |
The Program Coordinator
III provides program coordination and management on behalf of the Archway Partnership and coordinates the delivery of services for the Archway Partnership across the state of Georgia. This position will serve as the primary administrative contact for Archway Partnership and will report directly to the Archway Director. The position will assist faculty and staff with day-to-day operations and serve as backup to the Business Manager
III and PR Coordinator position. In addition; this position will manage projects and supervise student/temp workers. This position will collaborate efficiently and efficiently with colleges, units and departments across campus. |

- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Frequently deals with highly confidential issues, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize assignments, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Time management skills and ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced office environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

General Programmatic and Unit Support:
- Serve as general support for Archway Partnership initiatives and Archway faculty and staff. Duties to include but are not limited to: copying, printing, sending and receiving mail/shipments, faxing, typing letters and forms, calendar management, and scheduling.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of the Director, manage Director schedule/calendar and provide appropriate resources for preparation regarding upcoming meetings, deadlines, etc.
- Draft correspondence, to include support letters, letters of recommendation, nominations, grant requests, etc.
- Manage any travel needs, travel authorities, reimbursements, meeting registrations, etc., as needed.
- Plan and manage special events to include, annual Summit, unit meetings, etc.
- Ensure all materials, including presentations, supplies and other details of events are in order.
- Serve as backup to Business Manager III. Duties to include but are not limited to UGAMart purchases, prepare/process check requests, expense statements, payroll, advise faculty and graduate students on appropriate policies and procedures, and assist with human resources processes.
- Provides backup communications support concerning website and social media for the department, as well as internal communications and promotions.
- Support role for facilitation as needed.
- Upkeep on vehicle maintenance. Maintain gas card receipt records.
- Other duties as required/assigned.
