The Business Analyst II position exists to support our Oracle software and third-party software investments, while also continuously improving those technologies, to ensure they are functioning at peak performance. The position focuses on safeguarding company processes, interfaces and reports that deliver financial or business information. The analyst regularly collects financial process improvement requirements, conducts detailed analyses, and assists with solution design for the Source to Pay track modules. This is in part, completed by acting as a liaison between business process owner/system users and the technology resources responsible for system development. Notably, the analyst works closely with our global SBS (Share Business Services) clients, along with global divisional financial team members within this process. This position works mid to large-size projects as well as supports specific applications/processes. During projects, the Business Analyst II will be expected to lead and participate in meetings and present findings/requirements to their partners. This role provides primary support in several modules of the Oracle eBusiness suite and/or other business applications, as well as serving as backup for other modules or business applications as supported by the team. The position provides support through coordination with all business users and owners for production processes; tracks support tickets, supports enhancements, provides training and ensures testing completion in non-production instances prior to migrating any changes into production. The Business Analyst II functions mostly independently while supporting their assigned applications and projects. The role will also supervise one intern, which includes managing their work, as well as professional development. This position will at times, collaborate with our BPI Supervisor as needed, delegate work to their intern, and complete cross training with other team members to ensure coverage within the group. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments. This role is not Hybrid or Remote and will report to our Cleveland OH office. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Supervise and Lead
