Director, Omni-Channel USCA Collision, Automotive Refinish Overview: The Omni-Channel Director USCA, is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales strategies optimizing multiple distribution channels, including direct sales, distributors, jobbers, retail, and online-to maximize market penetration, sales growth, and customer satisfaction within the refinish industry. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensiveomni-channel strategies that are tailored to direct, distributor, jobber, retail, and online segments and other sales channels Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and sales performance Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, supply chain, and customer service to ensure alignment and execution of omni-channel initiatives Analyze customer behavior, market trends, emerging technologies, and channel performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and to maintain competitive advantage Analyze competitive landscape and customer needs to adapt channel strategies accordingly Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to achieve sales and profitability Support channel partners with training, promotional activities, and sales tools to enhance effectiveness
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in omni-channel strategy, sales management, retail management, or integrated marketing leadership Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
