FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Position Summary The Social Worker Specialist MSW is an excellent opportunity on the Home Health/Hospice team at MultiCare. This position is responsible for psychosocial assessment, consultation, therapeutic interventions, and referrals for patients and families in relation to psychosocial and mental health aspects of medical management. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work required Licensed in the state of Washington as a Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Social Worker Associate Advanced (LSWAA), or Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC); or commitment to obtain within 24 months of hire Experience working in a home health care situation or equivalent social service agency, experience relative to the medical social work function Basic Life Support (BLS) About Yakima Memorial Hospital MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital has served the Yakima Valley since 1950. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $35.51 - $51.10 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
