Position Summary

MultiCare is seeking a Reconstructive Urologist to join our well-established, thriving program. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality reconstructive urological care in an outpatient practice to include clinic visits, procedures and surgery, as well as provide on-call Urology coverage for the MultiCare Health System. It is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of an integrated Urology practice with community partners across Puget Sound.Responsibilities
*Coverage of assigned MHS facilities as outlined in practice plan
*Inpatient consults, ED consults, Rounding
*Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies as well as other necessary urologic procedures
*Urgent/emergent surgery
*Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
*APP/staff/resident Training and ongoing education
*In-basket Management
*Manage Patient List
Requirements
*Board certified or board eligible Urologist
*WA state license required
*DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority required
*BLS for Healthcare providers - certification by AHA required
*Robotics optional, not required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $631,000.00 - $710,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
