Clariant is actively and urgently hiring multiple Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our maintenance team at the PPCAT Plant in Louisville, KY. We welcome qualified technicians with varying levels of industrial maintenance experience who are ready to contribute immediately by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role supports critical plant operations and offers opportunities to further develop technical skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced setting. The position follows a Monday-Friday rotating schedule, including 1st Shift (6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.), 2nd Shift (3:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), and 3rd Shift (6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.). Clariant offers competitive hourly pay aligned with experience, a performance-based increase after six months, paid time off, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after four months. Responsibilities

* Comply with all local regulations and Clariant safety, environmental, and operational policies
* Actively participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions to improve plant safety
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, ensuring assets meet quality and performance standards
* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with increasing independence based on experience
* Support technical documentation and adhere to Management of Change (MOC) processes
* Collaborate with production operators and attend daily performance meetings to support operational goals
* Execute maintenance tasks efficiently while balancing safety, quality, time, and cost
* Complete SAMACO work orders, including Process Safety Management (PSM) and Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) activities
* Maintain required job qualifications, certifications, and safety training

Requirements

* 4+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience, with electrical and mechanical exposure; chemical or food manufacturing experience preferred
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as required
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in an industrial environment
* Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
* Clear communication skills and a commitment to safety and reliability
