Your Talent Acquisition partner will work closely with you to confirm the office location that best aligns with the role and your home location, ensuring you have the right balance of connection, collaboration, and flexibility to thrive. The Sr. Analyst, Retirement Plan administers multiple complex defined contribution plans and provides support for defined benefit plans. Uses reporting tools and data analysis skills to monitor plans and ensure compliance with plan documents and ERISA/DOL requirements. Works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and external vendors to resolve escalated retirement plan issues and support various projects. Also supports compensation team on data analysis and audits. Responsibilities

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $80,640 to $120,960. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final offer amounts may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
