Join our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers team at Children's Village! Our team is comprised of a diverse group of dedicated professionals that incorporate many general and specialty lines of service. We have a strong mentorship program and encourage new graduates.

Our team enjoys the following aspects of working:

  • Serve children 0-3 years of age.

  • Provide in-person services in the clinic setting as well as in the home/community settings.

  • As part of our Early Supports for Infants and Toddlers Program (ESIT) team there are educational opportunities to further skills in relationship based practice.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, early childhood educators, nurses, and behavioral therapists.

  • Paid mileage reimbursement

Children's Village is a neurodevelopmental center providing over 30 different specialty services to children with special healthcare needs. We offer opportunities for collaboration between multiple disciplines to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Position Summary

The Physical Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease or injury. This professional-level position gives you the capacity for independent operations as you apply discretion and good judgment toward ensuring high-quality therapeutic care.

Responsibilities


  • You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
  • You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
  • You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
  • You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
  • You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients


Requirements


  • Successful completion of state board examination
  • Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington
  • Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirable

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $42.98 - $65.15 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
