This role is all about being out in the field-prospecting, networking, and closing deals to expand our market presence. Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager expands market share through new business development, sales opportunities and by providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management. This role generates new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, territory planning, and relationship building. The position is accountable for nurturing relationships to grow revenues through existing customers. A successful Business Development Manager is accountable to sales goals and performance through ongoing personal development.

What You'll Do



  • Prospect and Hunt: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Close Deals: Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts and securing new accounts.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends and local market conditions to position EmployBridge as the go-to staffing partner.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


What We're Looking For



  • Proven success in outside sales or business development with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Experience in staffing or workforce solutions is a plus, but not required.



MVR Requirements:
Must have a valid drivers' license with a driving record indicating a safe driving history acceptable to the company and at all times remain eligible to drive a motor vehicle under applicable laws and regulations.
