Job Description:

The Job

The Senior Quality and Compliance Coordinator ensures that all company operations and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality assurance programs, and supporting the continuous improvement of company processes. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure that all activities align with company policies and industry standards.

You Will

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate quality projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion. Communicate project status and outcomes to stakeholders. Facilitate meetings to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

  • Risk Management: Identify issues and develop solutions to keep the project on track.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, IT, HR, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless integration of quality and compliance initiatives. Engage with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and vendors, to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Represent the company in industry forums and conferences to stay informed and network with peers.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate and present comprehensive reports on quality performance to the Quality leadership. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality.

Your Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Certifications in quality and compliance (e.g., CPHQ, CHC) are highly preferred.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in compliance monitoring and quality assurance. Ability to identify and address small issues before they become major problems.

  • Advanced Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information and engage stakeholders. Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with both internal and external audiences.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate compliance data and identify areas for improvement. Creative problem-solving abilities to address compliance challenges and implement effective solutions.

  • Project Management: Proven project management skills to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

  • Leadership and Teamwork: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior coordinators. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Required software skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Teams), Visio, and SQL.
