As a Security Guard - Access Control Full-Time Weekdays in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or employees as needed.
• Respond to incidents and security-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to observe for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response efforts as directed, including guiding occupants and/or coordinating with emergency services.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures to maintain a professional presence at the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
