Business Unit Finance & Accounting Manager - P&L Owner / Strategic Partner Publicly Traded Company \| Hybrid Work Environment "Join a publicly traded company as a Finance & Accounting Manager supporting a key business division-own the P&L, partner with leadership, and help drive strategic growth." What You'll Do Business Partnership & Financial Leadership Serve as the primary finance partner to divisional leadership Provide insights on revenue, expenses, and profitability trends Help leaders make informed decisions that improve financial performance Financial Planning & Analysis Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and operational planning Partner with Corporate FP&A on annual budgets and quarterly forecasts Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Financial Reporting & Close Support month-end close activities in partnership with accounting Prepare and present financial reports for leadership Develop new reporting and dashboards to improve visibility into performance Strategic Initiatives Support acquisitions through financial analysis, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial controls Contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-10 years of accounting and/or finance experience Experience supporting business leaders with financial insights and analysis Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance partners Why This Role Stands Out Ownership of a business unit P&L High visibility with operational leadership Opportunity to support strategic initiatives and acquisitions Hybrid work environment Strong career growth within a publicly traded organization Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
