As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure atmosphere for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence in the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and issues according to site protocols.
• Support access control procedures, monitor entrances and exits, and assist in managing visitor flow within the healthcare location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of vaccination is required for this hospital site.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
