As a Security Officer - Logistics X-Ray Screener in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as a security professional supporting a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and interact with visitors and staff to deliver exceptional customer service. This role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible throughout the site, and utilizing technology to support your duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
• Support emergency response efforts, including assisting with evacuations and following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during shifts.
• Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to uphold a secure environment at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• X ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
