As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and interact with employees and visitors, creating a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any observed concerns according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members and client personnel to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and/or visitor authorization as required for the location.
• Document incidents and daily activities using company-approved reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
