Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 730 AM - 7 PM + Saturday 8 AM - 5 PM

Starting Pay is $23.79 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training / Opportunity For Advancement

Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Security Experience

As a Security Officer - in Brockton, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated transportation locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and professionalism will contribute to a positive experience for everyone on site. This armed position requires a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit and offers the opportunity to engage with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and act with integrity as part of a dedicated team.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines, providing customer service to all individuals at the transportation location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate training and protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles as required by site procedures.
• Document and report observations, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff, visitors, and the general public at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
