Security Officer - Manufacturing Center Patrol - Full Time

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Peebles, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a manufacturing and industrial location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing an approachable presence. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the premises and surrounding perimeter.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials as needed to help maintain a secure environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist emergency personnel and follow directions during emergency situations, helping to support the overall response efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
