As a Security Officer - Healthcare Center - Full Time in Scott, MS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas by vehicle while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support the needs of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
