Night Shift Bulk Filler Operator

Job Summary:
Bongards' Creameries is seeking a Night Shift Bulk Filler Operator based out of our Humboldt facility. The Filler Operator is responsible for operation, verification and compliance of the Filler Machine and associated machinery on the Bulk line.

Job duties:

• Operation of the Bulk cheese fillers.
• Ensure weights of boxes are correct and properly recorded.
• Monitor the quality of boxes and pouches and communicate to team members.
• Verify pouches are properly sealed.
• Keep immediate work area clean and in order.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Be coachable and able to work in a team

• Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines

• Must report all food safety problems to immediate supervisor or designated replacement
• Must be able to lift up to 55lbs

Schedule:

• Night Shift 5:45pm to 6:00am Monday - Friday
