Description
The Project Manager I is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include managing engineering activities (both desktop and field-based), coordinating scanning and data collection efforts, overseeing order entry and material production timelines, and ensuring effective field installation execution. The Project Manager is also accountable for quality control, resource allocation, logistics planning, and process evaluation to drive continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
There is a moderate risk of injury when installing materials on-site. Safety equipment is required to be worn when on site. Work hours are generally during normal business hours and average at least 40 hours a week. May require some additional hours based on the field schedule. Travel (up to 1 week a month) to visit their projects as required. Frequent walking, climbing, lifting (25 - 70 lbs), and pushing are expected when on a project site.
