Role Overview

We are seeking a results-drivenDevOps / DevSecOps Engineerto design, automate, and securemulti-cloud infrastructureacrossAzure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)environments.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise inInfrastructure as Code (IaC),CI/CD pipelines, andsecurity automationwith anexcited initiative to explore AI and AI-Ops innovationsthat improve performance, reliability, and efficiency. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive scalability, compliance, and intelligent automation across hybrid platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Design, develop, and maintain reusableTerraformandAnsiblemodules forAzure and GCPinfrastructure.
• Enforce configuration standards, compliance checks, andpolicy-as-codepractices.

Cloud Engineering (Azure & GCP)

• Architect and manage scalable, secure environments (AKS, GKE, App Gateway, VNets, VPCs, NSGs, Key Vault, Cloud KMS, Managed Identities).
• Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions and projects.

CI/CD & Automation

• Build and optimizeJenkins,GitHub Actions, andArgoCDpipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multi-cloud environments.
• Implementblue/green,canary, androllbackdeployment strategies with integrated observability and alerting.
• Experiment withAI-driven automationto optimize pipelines, detect anomalies, and enhance release reliability.

DevSecOps & Security

• Integrate vulnerability scanning, static/dynamic code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows.
• Manage secrets, certificates, and keys using secure vault solutions (Azure Key Vault, GCP Secret Manager).
• Collaborate with security teams to align infrastructure withFedRAMP, FIPS, ISO, and PCIstandards.

Monitoring, AI-Ops & Reliability

• Implement proactive monitoring usingAzure Monitor,GCP Operations Suite (Stackdriver),Prometheus,Grafana, andLog Analytics.
• Define and trackSLOs, SLIs, and error budgetsto ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute toAI-Ops initiatives-including anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and automated incident correlation-to reduce manual effort and prevent outages.

Collaboration & Agile Practices

• Partner with product, security, and engineering teams in agile ceremonies to plan, deliver, and continuously improve.
• Participate in release management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and post-incident reviews.
• Promote a culture ofautomation, intelligence, and proactive reliabilityacross the engineering organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience inDevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineeringroles.
• Proven expertise inAzureandGCPcloud architecture and automation.
• Hands-on experience withTerraform,Ansible,Helm, andKubernetes (AKS/GKE).
• Strong understanding ofCI/CD tools(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Familiarity withAI-Ops concepts, monitoring, and event-correlation systems.
• Experience implementingsecurity frameworks(FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS Benchmarks).
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.

Thepayrangeforthisopportunityisfrom$122,200 to$165,000 +performance-relatedbonus+benefits.

Thisrangerepresentstheanticipatedlowandhighendsofthesalaryforthisposition.Thisroleisalsoeligibletoreceiveanannualbonusthatalignswithindividualandcompanyperformance.Actualsalarieswillvaryandarebasedonfactorssuchasacandidate'squalifications,skills,competencies,andlocation.
