Project Controls - Labor Forecasting
Position Summary (Augmented) Under general supervision, the individual competently performs all aspects of forecasting, scheduling, tracking and reporting (cost analysis, scope control), labor performance and productivity related to TVA annual and hourly labor. May provide some technical guidance to less experienced project controls personnel. With additional experience within one specialty, the individual is expected to participate in larger and more complex project controls assignments including but not limited to building Enterprise reporting within power bi, executive presentations, outage optimization, and routinely working with unions on developing supply base and forecasting future labor needs for their long term preparation (organizing and apprenticeship programs) . Key Responsibilities * Provide support and guidance for Labor Forecasting, long range outage planning, and labor analysis supporting the TVA enterprise. * Support labor unions and all major contractors in developing supply and demand for their labor needs, prioritizing risk to the Enterprise and proactively communicating that risk. * Support the set-up and tracking (weekly reporting) of hourly labor for major projects and outages utilizing our proprietary software. * Provide labor management support that includes creation of work breakdown structures, project/outage scenario planning, cost analysis/review for determining incentive payout, and monitoring/forecasting optimization of schedules and labor resources . * Support scheduling efforts for in-house and field activities. * Perform the development of Power Bi reports and the management and upkeep of the requisition and referral labor tool. Experience/Preferred Skills Three plus years experience in related project controls assignments Education In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,000 min - $193,000 max. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
