Job Summary We are currently hiring a for a Senior Data Analyst our Financial Planning team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the collection, storage, and interpretation of data, using analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect large data sets, and to develop data-driven solutions tailored toward the needs of the business. Essential Duties Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
Competencies Competencies we value for this role include A master's degree in data science, Statistics, or a related field, four years of experience in data analytics (can include undergraduate and graduate study and internship experience). Experience using business intelligence tools, experience with data mining and experience in machine learning, AI, and research. Need to be highly analytical with strong mathematical skills (statistics, algebra) and problem-solving aptitude. Must have excellent oral communication skills, excellent technical writing skills, and excellent presentation skills. You will need the ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way, the ability to work with confidential data and excellent attention to detail. Strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) in addition to advanced skills in the use of Excel. Proven, strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment and work under pressure. Culture The Staffmark Group experience is more than just a job.
