The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Neonatal Physician Assistance is an advanced practice provider who provides health care to neonates, infants and children up to one year of age. The Physician Assistant provides care for critically ill premature and full-term infants with emphasis place on family centered culturally diverse sensitive care. In collaboration with the Neonatologist the PA has daily responsibility for the assessment and management of patients in high and low acuity. The Physician Assistant practices in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a continuum of primary, acute and or subspecialty healthcare to their patients. They enhance the quality of care through education and clinical practice utilizing advanced practice, knowledge and research. Qualifications
