In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing bi-weekly payroll operations for multiple FEIN's, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. This role supports the Payroll Manager and collaborates with HR, Finance, and external vendors to maintain seamless payroll processes. The Senior Payroll Coordinator acts as a subject matter expert for the team and plays a key role in improving payroll procedures and processes.

  • Payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now payroll system and UKG timekeeping system
  • Auditing, compliance, reconciliation and reporting
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
  • Create and maintain employee payroll and garnishment files
  • Open and distribute department mail
  • Complete and respond to Verifications of Employment
  • Maintain Payroll Department email inbox and distribute assignments to team members
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of (7+) years Payroll experience, preferred
  • Proficiency in ADP, UKG Kronos, MS Office. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines
