This Principal Digital Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), will be responsible for leadership accountability for a team of 10 Digital CSA vendors operating across the Americas. These vendors are coordinated through a vendor team lead, whom you will coach and support to ensure operational excellence and customer impact. ResponsibilitiesDrive milestone execution across the Americas, ensuring 95% commit-to-complete for >$10K Azure committed milestones.Coach the vendor team lead to manage and develop the 10 Digital CSA vendors, fostering a high-performance culture.Monitor consumption signals and proactively identify expansion opportunities and next workloads.Represent customer needs internally and advocate for technical blockers resolution and resource orchestration.Other: Embody our Culture and Values
