POSITION SUMMARY
What will you do as a Group Performance Leader (GPL) at Sealed Air?

As a Group Performance Leader, you will drive the on-time execution of the production schedule while leading production teams to achieve performance targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. This role plays a key part in aligning daily operations with the company's strategic goals, fostering team development, and continuously improving production performance. You will also lead discussions with support groups to address operational challenges and enhance overall site performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Drive daily performance across production teams on multiple shifts
    • Lead and manage Team Performance Leads (TPLs) and production staff
    • Ensure focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor and manage KPIs, implementing strategies to increase output and reduce costs
    • Coordinate planned maintenance activities with Maintenance teams
    • Oversee all production and operational activities aligned with business goals
    • Support problem-solving initiatives related to safety, quality, and performance
    • Communicate company strategy and vision while developing team capabilities



QUALIFICATIONS
What do you need to succeed?



    • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on understanding of industrial equipment
    • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma)
    • Ability to manage KPIs and drive operational efficiency
    • Experience leading teams, coaching, and developing talent
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Experience with SAP, Power BI, and data analysis tools
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a production environment



SALARY RANGE

$81,900-$122,800


The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs. Sealed Air offers a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits designed to promote well-being.
