For this role, we're looking for a creator with expertise in command line-style design as you will be designing agentic experiences for our developers. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with PM, Engineering, and Research partners to define and iterate on product features from concept to delivery Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly to peers, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, providing the right level of context at each stage Translate user insights and feedback into design solutions, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity Produce design artifacts across fidelities (e.g., wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, redlines) using Figma and Adobe tools Apply and contribute to existing design systems, patterns, and guidelines to ensure scalable and consistent experiences Partner with developers during implementation to refine details and ensure designs meet specifications Create quick prototypes to test ideas, gather feedback, and iterate effectively Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and new technologies, and share learnings with the team Participate in critiques by giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve team output Support and collaborate with teammates, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture | |
