OverviewCome build the platform that powers Microsoft's partner ecosystem. In Partner Center & Marketplace-a core part of Microsoft's Commerce + Ecosystems division-you'll help deliver the foundational services and experiences that enable partners to build, publish, sell, and grow with Microsoft-and help customers discover and deploy 1P/3P solutions. You'll leverage GitHub Copilot, and the latest generative AI models as you work across APIs, big data, services, and user experiences that operate at global scale-making it simpler, more secure, and more intelligent for partners and sellers to do business with Microsoft. You will join the engineering team responsible for architecting and operating the full spectrum of partner and seller commerce experiences-from transaction flows and customer onboarding to pricing intelligence, catalog management, billing and earnings reconciliation. Success in this role means you will take ownership of feature areas, drive innovation with the latest AI technologies-including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Studio, and GitHub Copilot-and deliver solutions that scale. You move with urgency, but balance speed with thoughtful collaboration and a commitment to quality and security. ResponsibilitiesWorks with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features. Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight. Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable. Contributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation. Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) working on-call to monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and gains approval to restore system/product/service for simple problems.
