Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Essential Duties



  • Manages day to day activities in the organization's accounts payable function.
  • Manages a team of accounts payable clerks that calculate amounts owed or due, receive or distribute invoices or bills, and maintain records of payments to or from the organization.
  • Ensures that transactions are accurate and posted to organizational ledgers in a timely manner.
  • Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
  • Ensures accurate administration of established policies and procedures. Participates in monitoring & influencing key performance metrics, and implementing procedural changes.
  • Aligns with Group systems, policies, and procedures.



The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Director, Operational Accounting from time to time.

  • Accountabilities include work and people scheduling, performance management and recommendations for hiring decisions.

Required:



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 06-08 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Occasional business travel required
