Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Assign tasks and manage work schedules for production team members.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to meet production goals.
  • Train, coach, and support team members on procedures and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance or engineering as needed.
  • Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance logs.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, quality, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate production expectations clearly.
  • Promote a positive, respectful work environment focused on teamwork and accountability.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and lean manufacturing is a plus.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and production tracking software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
