Process Operator vacation relief for production.

Some of the things you will do:

* Certify and perform responsibilities for Size Class, Dry End Field, and Utility Field Operator roles in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Support and certify for additional operational roles as required by plant management based on current operating conditions.
* Maintain accurate and timely records, including operating logs, data sheets, and timekeeping.
* Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and product quality.
* Prepare and issue critical work permits in compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols.
* Participate as a trained Emergency Response Team (ERT) member, attending required training and responding to emergencies as needed.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to plant housekeeping standards.

Skill requirements:

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret written and verbal information and perform numerical calculations.
* Self-motivated with a solid work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated commitment to safety in a chemical plant environment.
* Proven mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities in production settings.
* Minimum of 5 years of chemical plant experience required; process building and production experience preferred.
* This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,700.00 and $77,800.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
