Youth Programs Aide, Tehachapi Service Center

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plan and coordinate youth activities and events throughout the year.

* Work with the local schools and service clubs to promote programs.

* Responsible for working with volunteers and youth to provide a positive experience for all.

* Adhere to and implement Safe from Harm

* Other related duties as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

* Experience working with youth

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

* Team player

* Organizational skills

* Ability to multi task

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

* Modern Office Equipment and Relevant Software
