*Description*
The Tier1 Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls to provide courteous and accurate responses to primary support inquiries from, Field Sales Representatives, and product contract holders. Additionally, the CSR role will effectively triage secondary level support for all general inquiries that include but are not limited to contract administration, dealer portal support and forms/supply orders. The ideal candidate is personable, has a strong customer focus, enjoys teamwork, and is resourceful and innovative in problem resolution. The associate in this position must communicate effectively, follow the documented processes, and constantly improvise to satisfy our customer needs. - JM prides themselves on their customer service so this person must be display a high level of tier 1 support Best vs. Average: - The best person for this job will have at least 2 years of call center experience in a high volume environment. They will provide top tier customer service and always adhere to their schedule *Skills* Customer service call center, Customer support, Customer service team, Automotive, Vehicle, customer service, call center, call center customer service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Must have a customer service and proven ability to assist customers in a professional manner. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
