Job Summary:

The Product Marketing Specialist executes tactical product marketing initiatives that support Presidio's development of product management functionality where products are services. This individual contributor role focuses on creating compelling marketing content, managing campaign execution, and supporting sales enablement efforts. The specialist works closely with the Product Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective collateral development, and successful service launches. This position requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills to drive marketing programs that generate demand and accelerate sales cycles.

Job Responsibilities:



  • Execute product marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, web, social media, and events.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral such as datasheets, solution briefs, presentations, and web content.
  • Support product launch activities including messaging development, sales tool creation, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with Services Product Managers to understand technical capabilities and translate into customer benefits.
  • Develop sales enablement materials including battle cards, objection handling guides, and demo scripts.
  • Manage product marketing content calendar ensuring timely delivery of assets aligned with business priorities.
  • Support demand generation campaigns with product-specific messaging and content.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and content performance.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure visual consistency and brand compliance across all materials.
  • Maintain product marketing section of website with current information and resources.
  • Support event marketing activities including booth messaging, presentations, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product positioning and messaging refinements.
  • Assist with analyst briefings and industry award submissions.


      Required Skills:



      • Demonstrated experience creating marketing content and managing campaigns.
      • Proficiency with marketing technology stack including CRM and automation tools.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign metrics and ROI measurement.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
      • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
      • Portfolio showcasing marketing collateral and campaign examples.
      • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Big Tin Can, Asana, Marketo, or similar).
      • Experience with content management systems and sales enablement tools.
      • Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital marketing best practices.
      • Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) for basic content creation.
      • Knowledge of analytics platforms for campaign measurement and reporting.
      • Understanding of B2B technology services and buyer journey mapping.
      • Strong writing skills with ability to create clear, compelling content for various audiences.
      • Project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
      • Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and optimize tactics.
      • Creative thinking to develop innovative approaches to market engagement.
      • Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

          Education and Experience:



          • 3-5 years of product marketing or B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or services.
          • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.


          Physical Requirements:

          Primarily office-based role with extensive computer use. Limited travel (<10%) for team meetings, customer visits, or industry events. Standard business hours with flexibility needed during product launches or campaign deadlines.
