Your Title: Product Manager, Civil Operations - AI, BI & Analytics

What You Will Do

As a Product Manager, you will join our Civil Operations team to lead the creation and development of cutting-edge solutions for the civil construction and infrastructure industries. You will be at the forefront of leveraging AI, Business Intelligence (BI), and advanced analytics to create intelligent, interconnected workflows.

Your primary focus will be transforming raw operational data into clear, actionable insights for our customers. You will also be instrumental in evolving our core fleet/asset management and e-forms capabilities, ensuring our platforms are powerful and intuitive tools for managing civil construction projects.

  • Define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap for AI, BI, and Analytics features within the Civil Operations portfolio.

  • Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for data-driven solutions.

  • Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Drive the development of machine learning models and predictive analytics tools that optimize civil operations.

  • Lead the design and implementation of BI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time project insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities seamlessly across our platform ecosystem.

  • Enhance the fleet/asset management and e-forms functionality, focusing on data capture, utilization tracking, and user experience.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the construction, civil engineering, or enterprise software industry.

  • Demonstrated experience with AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics.

  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and data visualization techniques.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with agile development teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

This is a hybrid role located in Westminster, Colorado.

Our Civil Operations division delivers technology solutions that connect the construction site to the office, providing a comprehensive view of project progress and performance. We help our customers improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety by leveraging data to make smarter decisions.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$105,682.00-$142,676.00
