Job Description

As a key member of the CEO Stakeholder Relations team, the Lead Consultant, Stakeholder Engagement & Operations will lead cross-functional initiatives that elevate the Chair, President, and CEO's visibility, influence, and strategic impact across internal and external platforms. This role blends strategic relationship management, operational excellence, and data-driven insights to ensure seamless execution of CEO engagements, communications, and stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Drives strategic planning and executionof CEO participation in high-profile events, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, thought leadership initiatives, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborates across teamsto ensure strategic alignment, consistency in messaging, and seamless execution of engagements across internal and external platforms.
  • Cultivates trusted relationshipswith internal leaders, external partners, and influencers to advance CEO priorities and strengthen enterprise reputation.
  • Develops high-impact, research-informed briefing materialsfor engagements, supporting leadership forums, employee town halls, stakeholder meetings, and curated discussions.
  • Conducts stakeholder analysis and tracks performance metricsto inform engagement strategy and measure impact.
  • Applies data-driven insightsto shape stakeholder engagement strategies and positioning.
  • Oversees team operations, including fulfillment of CEO requests, stakeholder follow-ups, mailbox oversight, and relationship management.
  • Supports budget oversight and vendor management for the team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Exercises sound judgment and critical thinking in managing confidential information, solving complex challenges, and anticipating stakeholder needs.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, executive communications, public affairs, or strategic operations.
  • Proven track record of managing high-level executive engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience developing briefing materials and messaging for senior leaders, with a focus on clarity, impact, and strategic alignment.
  • Strong background in relationship management, data analysis, and event strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and high visibility.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, performance tracking systems, and media/social media platforms.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
