Description GENERAL SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Poly Line Lead to support daily operations and foster a high-performing, safety focused work environment. Under direct supervision, this role provides essential leadership to assigned team members, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will be in efficient communication, a hands-on leader, and a reliable resource for both employees and management. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (ALL): Provide support to Leadership in reinforcing and implementing all Safety policies, programs, and 5s initiatives to ensure the health and safety of all employees with fairness and integrity Report any employee or process concerns to Leadership as applicable Prepare and verify applicable record keeping (reports, forms, audits, logs etc.) Assist in training and transition of new or transferred employees Oversee safety and productivity of the Poly Line, ensuring quality standards are met Have the necessary computer skills to Operate and manage production systems including SAP for label creation, BOM verification, and reporting. Communicate with leadership to manage team coverage and reassignments Perform other duties as assigned by management REQUIRED SKILL & QUALIFICATIONS Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability and flexibility to changing production needs and maintain workflow efficiency Demonstrated ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
