Location: 100% Onsite - Green Bay
Position Overview We are hiring 5 seasonal technical support professionals to assist customers during our peak tax season. These roles are ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills and a technical aptitude gained through education, internships, or prior experience. Open Roles Technical Support * Support customers remotely with software installations and data imports * Troubleshoot installation issues and guide users through setup * Requires 6+ months of IT experience Web Chat/Phone Support * Assist customers post-installation with technical issues * Provide support via live chat and phone * Troubleshoot data import errors and escalate complex issues Key Responsibilities * Provide walkthroughs for account creation, login assistance, and software usage * Troubleshoot technical issues and document interactions in Salesforce * Install/uninstall software components as needed * Research and interpret errors for proper escalation * Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution * Collaborate with mid-level support staff to resolve complex issues Required Skills * Strong phone troubleshooting and customer service skills * Experience with technical software support * Proficiency in Salesforce documentation * Familiarity with Windows OS and proprietary software * Help desk or service desk experience is a plus Apply now to be part of a dynamic team supporting businesses during tax season! *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
