Operations Application Analyst Irving, TX Hybrid (3 Days in 2 Days Remote) 12-36 Month Contract $35-43hr Top Skills: * Application Support * Server Experience (Going inside servers and troubleshooting) * Ticket/Incident Support experience * Python/Powershell * SQL (Understanding what you are running, reading scripts) Job Description: The manager is looking for resources to support a large email retention and archive program. We are looking for App Support resources/analysts that have a troubleshooting, application support, and networking. This team supports issues that arise from internal employees and they work with the vendor if it is something they cannot solve on their own. Skills: * Ticketing experience - specifically with Remedy * Server Experience * PowerShell/Python Experience * Application support experience / experience working with 3rd party Vendors * Exchange is a huge plus as they process exchange change requests (not required) Additional Skills & Qualifications * 3 or more years of working in a technical operations role * Strong working knowledge of ITIL standards and practices * Proven problem solving skills * Proven analytical skills * Proven communication skills on a technical and non-technical level * Proven process documentation skills * Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and internet browsers * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting * Ability to participate with on-call support rotations Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
