About You This position requires very strong knowledge in inventory management as well as MPO processes and procedures. A good knowledge of MPO computer systems is required since past, present and future finished goods activities can be gleaned from these systems. Must know how to communicate needs in a manner that will clearly indicate urgency and priority. The ability to understand computer systems, inventory policies, and product functionally is critical to this position. Orthopedic and or Medical Device inventory experience is highly desirable. A high degree of judgment and problem solving is required to achieve the maximum customer service level while maintaining the optimum inventory level to support the business objectives. Must be able to quickly evaluate situations and take corrective actions to minimize the effect on customer service and product availability levels. A person in this position must be detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
YOUR EDUCATION Required: Associate degree in Business Administration or Communications Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline YOUR EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Inventory Management, Operations Management, Production Control, Manufacturing and Distribution or equivalent combination of education and experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
