What is The Role

We're always on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate about their work and excel at what they do. We are seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our IT team. The IT team supports the company's technology infrastructure, enabling secure, reliable, and scalable security controls across a global organization.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead and Deliver Projects:

  • Drive successful delivery of IT security, governance, and risk management projects that align with business objectives and operational excellence.

Gather and Analyze Requirements:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across various stakeholder organizations including IT, InfoSec, Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and limited technical requirements. Translate ambiguous problems into actionable project plans.

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks in business and technical processes. Facilitates the identification and implementation of improvements, automation, and workflow optimizations.

Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure alignment with company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX). Support IT governance and risk management initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure alignment and understanding across teams. Communicate progress, risks, and priorities to management and stakeholders.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed documentation for processes, requirements, and technical specifications. Define and execute test scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

Data Analysis & Decision Support:

  • Use data to inform decisions, measure project success, and identify patterns or trends. Provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.

Change Management & Adoption:

  • Support change adoption initiatives, including training and communication. Encourage innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement in processes and systems.
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience delivering IT projects focused on security, risk, compliance, or process improvement, preferably in cloud-native or distributed environments.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI) and IT governance.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into actionable plans and technical specifications.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, requirements documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Project management experience, ideally with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively tackle problems.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a SaaS or rapidly growing technology company.
  • Exposure to process automation, workflow optimization, or IT governance initiatives.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary.This role does not have a variable compensation component.

The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below.In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply as specified below.

These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. Therefore, in addition to cash compensation, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program.Our total rewards package also includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings, along with a range of other benefits offered with a holistic emphasis on employee well-being.

$94,300-$149,200 USD

The typical starting salary range for this role in the select locations listed above is:

$113,300-$179,200 USD
