Responsibilities
Conducts financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support strategic decision-making for all metrics impacting sales and margin
- Compiles and accurately complete close related tasks including journal entries, reconciliations and variance commentary
- Performs variance and trend analyses while highlighting risks and opportunities in relation to the plan, forecast, and/or prior months / years
- Builds financial models and tools as necessary to analyze data and present out insights and recommend strategies for increasing financial performance
- Completes ad-hoc analyses that may require working independently or cross-functionally depending on request
- Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting (including but not limited to bridge results)
- Constructs financial models to facilitate informed and confident decision-making
- Evaluates proposals, investment opportunities, profit plans, and operating records
- Transforms data into actionable reports and perform diverse analyses
- Collaborates with department heads on planning and budgeting activities
- Offers strategic guidance based on relevant financial data
- Identifies and assess risks to the company's operations
- Develops assessment tools, including SOPs and workflow analyses, to evaluate company performance

Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Advanced Excel, including experience manipulating large datasets
- Experience in developing and updating financial models
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Self-driven with a proven track record in handling complex projects
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent presentation skills to articulate insights from data
- Unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness
- Innovative problem-solving skills tailored to finance and accounting challenges
- Percentage of Travel: 0-25%
**To perform this role will require frequently sitting and typing on a keyboard with fingers, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing (stairs/ladders). The physical requirements will be the ability to push/pull and lift/carry 1-10 lbs**
