The Sr. Data Specialist is responsible for managing and organizing application-related data to ensure data accuracy. The scope of this job includes analyzing, designing, and presenting data for better decision making, and utilizing technical expertise to support our client's data updates and questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain databases with strong understanding of tools and support complex setups.

  • Deliver in-depth analysis, guide the team in quality assurance, and drive improvements alongside internal teams, including engineering, solution management, and executive leadership.

  • Own regular reporting of key performance indicators and metrics and provide insights to leadership.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external clients to support data uploads and updates.

  • Design and implement innovative solutions for team efficiency.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor newer team members.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • GED or High School Diploma

  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Job Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to lift50 pounds.

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
