The Director, Product Management (Enterprise Integrations) is a management role responsible for defining and executing Bloomberg Industry Group's strategy for integrating our data and technology directly into client systems, initially within Bloomberg Law. This role focuses on commercializing APIs, platform integrations, and agentic technologies that extend our products into client workflows and create new opportunities for adoption and value. You will partner closely with product, engineering, data, sales, and professional services teams to align integration initiatives with client needs and business objectives. By building strong relationships with technology leaders at client firms and collaborating with standards organizations like SALI, you will help shape industry data standards and best practices for enterprise integrations. This role requires deep technical-commercial expertise in APIs, data distribution, and integrations, with the ability to evaluate and deliver commercialization opportunities that complement core revenue streams. As a collaborative leader, you will work across internal teams and external partners to ensure our integration strategy advances both client success and our market position.

You Will do:

  • Define and execute strategies for monetizing APIs, agentic technologies, and platform integrations that drive client adoption and business growth.
  • Build trusted relationships with CIO/CKO-level executives to guide integration strategies and position Bloomberg Industry Group as a partner in their technology roadmap.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and professional services to align integration design, implementation, and support with business priorities.
  • Maintain an inventory of integration-ready technologies and agent APIs, and support foundational model partnerships to expand capabilities.
  • Partner with legal on AI usage terms, data distribution policies, and commercialization frameworks to ensure responsible and scalable integrations.
  • Represent the company in standards organizations (e.g., SALI) and industry panels to advance integration best practices and influence data standards.
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying integration opportunities through client feedback, usage data, and market insights, and support go-to-market planning.
  • Build and manage select external partnerships to accelerate integration development and support long-term growth.
  • Manage and grow product managers through coaching, career development, and performance feedback to build a high-performing product organization.

You need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years in technology commercialization, product integrations, enterprise solutions, or product management.
  • 2+ years management experience to include leading cross-functional initiatives and small teams.
  • Executive Engagement: Proven success building relationships with senior technology leaders (e.g. CIO, CKO, CTO).
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of API standards, integration models, and data distribution practices.
  • Commercialization Experience: Track record of evaluating and delivering successful technology integrations that create business value.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and small teams; direct people management experience preferred but not required.
  • Industry Participation: Comfortable engaging with peers and representing the company in standards groups, panels, or conferences.
  • Policy Knowledge: Familiarity with AI policy, data governance, and emerging industry standards related to integrations.
