Applications will be accepted until 10/31/2025.Summary The Services Operations Systems & Tools Team is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to support the evolving systems and tools landscape for the Public Sector. This role is responsible for designing and leading the delivery of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance internal operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, with experience spanning Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, mobile development, AI, and integration/ETL technologies. They are comfortable working on large, technical projects and supporting both standard and custom-built tools. In this role, the Technical Architect will partner with stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define future-state processes, develop and validate technical use cases, gather requirements, and deliver system enhancements. They will also be involved in configuring, prototyping, and testing new features while ensuring seamless integration with external systems. A strong understanding of scalable system design, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams is essential for success. Required

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Vermont based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. |
